She had already paid for shipping, and I purchased a label based on the box's actual weight and dimensions through Pirate Ship. Taped two Priority Mail flat-rate boxes together to get a longer box. It was my mistake in using the wrong box, but in the end I paid more than $40+ to ship a 1-pound box. Of course, no one answers the phone down there.

I don't usually have any issues with mail services or need to go in person, but when I do, the entire staff is courteous, professional and eager to find resolution for whatever the issue may be. The supervisor, Brian, is thorough in his approach to deliver quality service as well. This is a wonderful and efficient post office.

I’ve had multiple deliveries delayed for no reason given and this instance that spurred me to write this review in particular USPS lost my jewelry i bought off of Etsy for my brothers wedding this Friday. They stated it has been delivered but no picture evidence has been provided despite them having a bad reputation for delivering our packages to our neighbors house instead of ours on many occasions. The neighbors also do not have my package. 📦 do NOT use this delivery service. My purchase was through Etsy so i did not have an option for this item unfortunately and now i do not have jewelry for the wedding and no refund or explanation from usps. Don’t use them. They will lose your shit and lie to you.
