Put 1 package in the mailbox box and marked my other package as not deliverable due to animal obstruction. The dogs are behind the fence, 13 years old and why was one package deliverable and the second one not deliverable. Also, we have security footage of where she sat at my mailbox playing on her hand scanner when my husband brought the dogs inside, as soon as he heard them barking. Funny part, this mail lady drops packages over the fence several times a week. So unacceptable.

She had already paid for shipping, and I purchased a label based on the box's actual weight and dimensions through Pirate Ship. Taped two Priority Mail flat-rate boxes together to get a longer box. It was my mistake in using the wrong box, but in the end I paid more than $40+ to ship a 1-pound box. Of course, no one answers the phone down there.
