    Excellent service offerings. Open until 6PM, but even after 5:00, Ms. Savanna helped me get my letter sent "overnight delivery". I was helped promptly and Savanna was patient while I got organized at the counter. Savanna's professionalism and gentle customer support made getting my document out on time so much less stressful. Thanks so much for a great shipping experience!

    Usually this is my Go-to ups store for Amazon returns. Sadly, today, not only were they not able to take my package, but right in the border of rude. It’s the 2nd time Amazon sent me a label instead of barcode. Mary Esther ups shipped the last one. No problem. This one said no. Pretty Frustrated

    Shoutout! to DENISE at the UPS Store 2124 for her techie skills and customer service. She helped me several times during a project. She converted large digital files to paper copies, digitally separated color and B/W copies, and downscaled documents for card stock flyers. She was helpful in choosing options to fit our budget. She is awesome!

    Never had such a terrible experience with UPS. I was out of town and had a friend overnight me my wallet that I had unfortunately forgotten at home. Paid $155 for it and it took 2 weeks of running around, rescheduling, etc. for me to get it. I was assured that I’d be getting a full refund by both, the Navarre store manager (Jodine I think her name is) and corporate UPS. It turns out the refund request was denied without even any notification. Contacting the corporate as the last step and if it doesn’t help, a small court law suit will follow. Highly recommend to stay away from UPS and this location in particular.
