I'm sorry that the line I had to wait in was about 20 people long. I was pleasant but unfortunately you are not. Do your job, after all that's what you get paid for. None of your online services work to reschedule my delivery. I had a package delivered all the way from Japan and you can't find a way to get it into my hands.... Utter and competency on every level. We should defund these guys tear it down and start fresh.... I can tell you from working as a carrier myself for a year that this ain't it.
