  I had to bring a customer here to have a document notarized. Not only was the process quick and easy, David, who helped us, was very kind and personable. We were even able to make a quick copy of the completed document before we left. A one stop shop! 10/10

  I had a great experience with USPS. My package arrived on time and the service was reliable. The staff was helpful and professional. I really appreciate their hard work and recommend USPS for mailing and shipping needs.

  David at the So Naples store was outstanding with his customer service, this guy helped us expedite 5 separate packages at one time when we had no clue how to navigate our phones. Give this man a raise! Thank you David

  Beneath fluorescent skies & the quiet hum of label printers, there stands a small universe of tape, boxes, & barcodes— the UPS Store, where parcels arrive with stories folded inside them. At the front is Heidi, the Girl of the Alps— energetic as mountain air, yet soft-spoken like snow falling on pine branches. Her hands move quickly labels printed, boxes sealed, a rhythm of efficiency that feels almost like kindness. Behind the counter roams Attila the Hun, tall & sharp with humor that rides in on a half-smirk. Sarcasm flickers in his voice like a well-timed spark, but the work always gets done. Fast, precise, victorious over the chaos of shipping season. Then there is David, his mustache curled with the quiet eccentricity of Salvador Dalí. He explains things plainly, making the complicated routes of shipping feel clear & easy to follow. Jonas, who could have stepped from the pages of The Giver, moves with steady strength. Kindness seems to follow him naturally- a calm presence among cardboard towers & tape guns. Moses, the long-haired keeper of momentum, moves quickly but never harshly. With a well-kept beard & ready hands, he moves through the rush with quiet ease. And Boston, guardian of small joys, who keeps treats for the puppies that wander in with wagging tails & curious noses. In a world of tracking numbers & many receipts, he remembers that even on a busy day, there’s always time for a treat & a wagging tail. So the UPS Store becomes more than a counter. It is a small theater of movement & humor. A place where boxes travel the world & people, briefly, take care of one another between strips of packing tape.

  First of all, let me start off by saying the entire staff here is professional, efficient, and has amazing customer service skills. But I do want to point out my experience with Moses in particular! When I walked into the store there was a line nearly out of the door, I was certain I was about to experience a wait time of at least 10 minutes, but at the center computer was a long haired gentleman walking people in and running them out in the blink of an eye, the efficiency was immaculate and it didn’t come at the expense of professionalism or mannerisms. “Next in line please”… *10 seconds later* “Next in line please”… A line of approximately 15 people chopped down by a single man in mere minutes, before I knew it, I was up next… “Next in line please”… And there I stood, face to face with the beast of worker that is myself. Without speaking a word I scanned my own QR code without lifting my phone, it was incredible and unbelievable. I handed myself the receipt “Here’s your drop-off receipt sir, have a wonderful evening” I thanked myself, tipped myself a dollar for the obscene speed at which I was taken care of, and the way out I held the door for myself. This is the kind of unique customer service that is a rarity in today’s workplace, 100/10 and would highly recommend this UPS Store to a friend. Shout out to David The Manager, Attila The Hun, Heidi The Mighty, Jonas The Bronas, Boston From Boston, and of course Myself. Seriously, what an absolutely GOAT’d staff.
