  Zero stars. The owner doesn’t know how to manage a UPS store or give decent customer service. I ship with UPS and fed Ex several packages a DAY for my business. This clown has everyone stand in one line, even those with a label already attached. EVERY other UPS and the pack and ships have a bin to toss in pre labeled packages so those with a UPS account or label don’t stand in a line for 25 minutes. Less people clogging up a line and more efficient for all customers. Possibly Trying to upsell? -maybe charging more for packages than what should be charged? Very Shady. The new location opening soon will be very painful for this owner.

  Clean office, friendly people, and all my service needs!! This place is always busy, especially for Amazon returns, but they are efficient and do their best to get you quickly out the door having served you with a smile. My only complaint is with immediate parking not always readily available because of neighboring businesses.
