- MMMichael6 days ago2.0The only grip I have about the store is they have junk products we bought two out of their printers. They were on sale for $69 apiece two months ago and both of them have Gone bad and they will not honor replacing it. They want you to buy a service plan because they know they sell junk. By only your vanilla envelopes, your Mailing envelope but stay away from the printers and anything else where they asked you to buy a service plan because there’s nothing but junk.

While I was at the print area, she jumped in to help other customers, keeping everything moving quickly and efficiently. Later, when I was by the balloon station, she happily came right over to assist me and thoughtfully asked about my preferences. What an incredibly attentive and aware individual. I’m so grateful for how she made my visit and clearly many others so much easier.

Today (Friday) we received a call at 2:00 PM informing us they did not have the correct paper to print it. When I asked why we were not notified on Wednesday, and why no one could provide an answer when I called Thursday morning, I did not receive a clear explanation and was met with rude behavior. We needed this order for a large event, and the lack of communication made it impossible to plan accordingly. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend using this company for professional printing, as it proved unreliable.
