The postal workers delivering to Caldecott in Lely resort are doing a poor job. I have been receiving my neighbors mail and my new credit card which was tracked as delivered never was delivered to me . Also I mailed a prescription to my pharmacy and the postal service lost it. The postal service must do better!

This past weekend, I had a terrible experience while attempting to send out 2 packages. The shipping price quoted by the USPS calculator was $10 less than what I was told upon arrival and consistent with pricing on previous shipments of the same weight. I asked about the discrepancy to which the CSR became angry. He proceeded to laugh at me while explaining that he does not make the prices. He also refused to disclose why the price was increased. When I attempted to speak, he raised his voice over me, picked up my knowingly fragile items, and slammed them onto the counter of the neighboring CSR. I was told that someone else could help me as he began calling up and assisting other customers. The 2nd CSR then asked me to step aside as he was also busy, so I asked for a supervisor. All 3 CSRs initially refused to call for assistance. The one who finally called became irritated and slammed his radio onto the counter so hard that it bounced and fell onto the floor. After my items were scanned and paid for, I rated my experience as bad and in turn was called "disrespectful". This was all communicated to the supervisor along with my concern of fragile items being slammed down. Today, I received confirmation that the items were broken. A formal complaint and claim have been filed. If you're wondering, the simple answer is that shipping prices have already increased ahead of the holiday season. Such a simple answer that could have easily been provided.

Actually one of our favorite USPS in Naples. There is one grumpy clerk, but there are also very friendly and helpful people working there and the lines move fast.

After waiting in line and purchasing stamps from a very helpful and pleasant man, I walked to one of the desks in order to place my stamps. After that, I realized that I had a quick 5 second question before mailing my letters. I merely needed a yes or no answer but the woman at the closest register scowled at me as I approached, ignored me and wouldn't allow me to speak, rudely stated that she was with a customer(which was obvious), and acted as if I was completely out of line to ask a quick question. The customer was even surprised at her response and her rudeness. I was still polite but very thrown off by her attitude over 5 seconds of her time. This took place around 4:30pm on 10/14/25 and she was the only woman working a register at that time, and it was the single register that is set away from the main row of registers. I understand the time of day and their hours, but there was no need to be rude to me when I was nothing but nice to her.
