  Normally I’ve never had an issue with this UPS location. Today, I had 2 Amazon returns for my work. They were not personal returns. The gentleman who initially greeted was nice. He had a hard time scanning the printed QR code so a different gentleman (I use that term lightly) to offer to help. He then began to question the number of items and the number of QR codes. He became obviously annoyed and even said, “I don’t know what you’re taking about.” And. “I don’t understand”. He then chucked the paper at the other gentleman and said he gave up. The “nicer” gentlemen just looked at me and said he would take care of it with no problem. There was no reason to be so rude to both me and his co-worker. If you don’t want to be there go home. The name on his tag was Jim. To me, it appears Jim is just a grumpy old man and doesn’t understand customer service yet alone just being a nice person.

  Outstanding service every time! I’ve been coming to this UPS location for years and I can honestly say the team here is fantastic. They’re always helpful, friendly, and greet me with a smile every time I walk in. In all the years I’ve used their services, they’ve never lost a package — everything is handled with care and efficiency. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location if you want reliable service from a great, hard-working group of people.

  Jim and his Team at the store are true professionals, able to help me with any of my needs, each and every time! Last week with my Amazon returns, they were able to help identify which ones I needed to print return labels, and we got them tagged. I’ve used them for notary on documents twice this year and it has been super easy and cost effective. The Team at this store are always polite, helpful, and take care of the customers fast! I’ll be going here for any of my shipping/return needs that come up, next store in town!

  So disappointed in this stores lack of concern and inability to help. Just remember what their employee Jim told me "once it gets on that little brown truck it's out of their control."
