Marked my package as delivered. The package is not delivered, this was the proof of delivery photo provided.
Seems like a staff member from this location is stealing peoples parcels. FYI, this parcel was a gift for my babies first Christmas.
*UPDATE*
I visited the UPS store this Sunday - the employee who represented UPS had no concerns over the possible theft. There was zero concern, no guidance on help to escalate, and no help in any way. The way this was handled by a UPS representative gives the impression that drivers can potentially steal packages and no accountability is taken. UPS is happy to source drivers who carry out misconduct and have no protocols in place to hold drivers accountable for stealing or investigate the driver who scanned the package. UPS do not want to investigate the issue even if they have proof of the item not reaching the address via photo indicating their driver is at fault, they advise you to contact the seller for them to fix it and allow their drivers to carry out misconduct with no concern or consequences whatsoever.
