  ​As a long-time customer who has dropped off thousands of packages at this location, I am beyond disappointed with the current management. I use UPS flat-rate shipping (up to 50 lbs), which intentionally prints "2 lbs" on the label per UPS corporate policy. Despite this being a standard company service, the manager refused to even scan my packages, claiming he had "no idea" how flat-rate shipping works. ​I had my children with me helping to carry boxes, and the manager’s refusal to process a standard shipment was embarrassing for all of us. I’ve already contacted corporate, who apologized and opened a formal complaint, but it’s unacceptable that a store manager is this uninformed about basic UPS shipping options. I now have to pay for home pickups because I no longer feel comfortable at this location. Avoid this store if you need knowledgeable service

  Sending a domestic package. The associate was very friendly, volunteered to pack my package, and remained professional—quick service without complications or waiting time.

  I go to UPS often and have never had a bad experience. Mostly young men working there and they are always welcoming and do a great job. I’ve never had a package that did not get returned that I had dropped off.
