When I mentioned that employee was working real hard she became unprofessional, nasty, and rude. Truly a shame. When I emailed the store about this incident, they failed to respond. Why do you ask the 1 star reviews to provide feedback, and then ignore said feedback? There is a reason this location is the lowest rated UPS location in all of Naples, Marco, Bonita, and Fort Myers. Please take this as a sign to do better.

I sell magazines off of eBay and my buyers tell me they were in a less-than-desired condition. I just spoke with my UPS store. They didn't literally say it was my fault, but I feel like they are because they tend to package the magazines in the cheapest envelopes unless I tell them to put them in better envelopes. It's not fair that my buyers have to suffer from the bullshit they tell me. It also doesn't help that when I sent my old expired passport to renew through this place back in January instead of USPS like they should've told me to (I didn't know at the time), they done threw away the whole package and I had to go through the whole process again earlier this month! I'll send my packages through USPS from now on; UPS, or at least THIS location specifically, is too lazy, careless, and greedy to help us properly. I'll make sure this NEVER happens again!
