  Store manager? Blonde woman- absolutely inflexible, unhelpful and quite frankly lazy. Her Customer service? Oh no. Forget about it. Save your money and time and go somewhere else please. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. I chose this location simply because it was close. I shipped a 9.5 lb package using my own box which was slightly larger than the contents. I agreed to the quoted price at the time but no alternative was offered such as a smaller box or an explanation of how box size and dimensional weight affected the cost. My first time shipping anything really. I left for a few minutes. After realizing the price seemed unusually high I returned to the store. Another staff member (lovely younger woman) immediately acknowledged that the charge looked off and began helping adjust it. She was willing to help me. However the manager (blonde woman) stepped in and stopped the process stating that the price is final and locked, no negotiations. No changes could be made, even though it had not yet left the store. I stayed calm and respectful and chose not to argue with her seeing I wasn’t going to have a peaceful and reasonable exchange with her. That experience was very upsetting and disappointing. While I understand that I initially agreed to the price, there was no transparency upfront and no flexibility afterward, despite another employee recognizing the issue. This did not feel like a policy decision so much as a personal one. Customers should be aware and ask detailed questions about box size, dimensional pricing and alternatives before agreeing to ship here. And please for the love of God, ask her a million questions with hopes that she’ll be helpful.

  Worst UPS in the area. Parking lot is way too small. The staff is hostile. Amazon return printer was unplugged and out of paper. Staff bothered me the entire time I was waiting in line.

  The most important reason for giving UPS this rating is because the service is quick and fast the location I went to had the manager asking everyone if they were going to return a package and assisting them at the kiosk the other employee where nice and friendly always had a smile on there face even though the environment was a but hectic. Everything went smoothly and I was very happy with the service I got 10 out 10 would go again and recommend to my friends thank you!

  Prepare for at least 20 min wait time. Always 10-15 people waiting and only one person serving.
