  Tried to do an Amazon return and employees would not help and kept having reasons why i could not. Took it to the store on airport and no problem. Very unprofessional and will never visit again. UPS should be ashamed.

  Terrible customer service. Rude employees, not willing to help. Seems like helping people is annoying to their employees. Very disappointing!

  Decided to drop off my Amazon return here as I usually use the store on pine ridge . What a mistake. I had my product in the same box as I received it in with tape on the side . Absolutely no different than the way Amazon dropped it off . She told me the driver might not accept it as it didn’t have tape on the front . I asked her can you just add the 1 piece of tape she was complaining about , she said “ we don’t tape for free , I would have to charge you 3.75 “ she said where is your tape ? Absolute terrible customer service and her general attitude was crap . I will go back to pine ridge where I am always treated decently. That lady needs to not work with the public . Blond haired older woman .
