- JBJessica BrummSep 23, 20251.0The definition of poor customer service and decline of the American consumer experience. I went in to get my pick up order, and saw there was a mistake. I pointed it out to the associate who was reluctant to help in the first place. Demonstrating that with a slow pace as she came up to me. She did not offer to remedy the situation. Instead, she asked who created the file for me. When I said I did not know her name, she told me I would have to come back tomorrow to have it fixed, because she knew who had done the work and they were scheduled to come to work tomorrow. I explained I was leaving tomorrow and needed my order corrected today. She explained that the pricing would be higher due to time of day. I retorted that this was their mistake that would need to be fixed without expense to me. She then proceeded to slump away slowly obviously bothered by the fact she had to work. To add insult to injury, she gave me the wrong amount of documents I needed. She had to re-do it, causing me to come back because I could not stay any longer.
