( simple print 2 pages that all I need, maybe 5 minutes to do) I came to the service desk on the print station and ask for help the lady she’s couldn’t help me. She was too busy doing other things she sent me to put the documents in their website so that way she can get to them later. I ask her and I told her that this at this need to be done quickly. Can I please have them done? She refuse and she sent me to the machine to print them. I am not tech savvy so I try. I had to walk away from the store because I didn’t get the help that I needed this store needs to have a better customer service.
