If the "service agent" working there would have been doing his job, instead of chit chatting with their colleagues my package would had reached its destination on time, but no, Not to say my package contained medical records that needed to reach Boston Mass General 24 ago for a cancer patient!!! I have been on the phone with the fedex office and customer service for 70 minutes explaining the situation to 3 people... and still my package is not on route...absolutely ridiculous!!
