    November 21, 2025 Today, I was in your store at Wallmart. I met Leo. He was so helpful. I went out of his way to explain to me how to use the photocopy machine. For unknown reasons I couldn’t make the copies. He found an alternative way to do it. I walk out of there feeling very good. This is a person that truly understands what HIS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES. Thank you again for your kindness and dedication.

    My husband dropped off a package to be shipped with a prepaid label. He was told that it would cost $1.00 to ship it. I know, not much however it was a prepaid label and should not have cost anything. Poor service

    On 9/26/24, I visited the center at 9885 Collier Blvd, FL 34116, to ship a desktop computer. After completing the transaction, the associate carelessly slammed the computer onto the packaging table, raising concerns about potential internal damage. When I expressed my concern and requested to see how it would be packaged, the manager, Teresa (as I believe), aggressively intervened, denying that the computer was slammed and defending the associate's actions. Despite my calm explanation and demonstration of the incident, Teresa escalated the situation by threatening to call the police and canceling my shipment. The associate later apologized, explaining that Teresa's behavior was due to her pregnancy. However, Teresa refused further assistance and ordered me to leave, forcing me to go to another location to complete the shipment.
