  Dustyn was extreme helpful in making sure that whatever i required to make sure that my move was successful. He made sure that my temporary mailbox was setup correctly and that all my mail was received in a reasonable amount of time. Moving can be difficult and frustrating but I am sincerely grateful for the support that I received from Dustyn during this process. Respectfully Ms. Goode

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had consistently great experiences at The UPS Store in Mulberry! The team here is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with everything from shipping packages to printing and mailbox services. The new guy Name Akash is very helpful and professional designer. They make what can be a stressful shipping experience easy and efficient — whether I’m dropping off a return, picking up mail, or printing documents. I especially appreciate how helpful the staff is when explaining service options and answering questions. It’s clear this locally owned location cares about its customers and goes the extra mile to provide excellent service. Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable shipping or mailing solutions in the area!

  If I could give zero Stars I would, but I’ve used this UPS Store for years, and unfortunately the experience has gone downhill. The biggest issue lately is customer service. There is often an employee sitting behind the computer on their phone while customers are waiting. I’ve personally stood there while they stayed on their phone instead of helping, which feels dismissive and unprofessional. When they do interact, the attitude can come off short or irritated, like helping customers is an inconvenience. This lines up with what many other reviews mention. Long wait times, lack of urgency, and a general feeling that customer service is no longer a priority. The store used to feel organized and efficient, but now it feels understaffed. I really hope ownership takes the feedback seriously and addresses the phone usage and customer engagement. This location used to be reliable and my go too.
