- MDM DOct 7, 20251.0For the 5th time they have delivered my packages to the wrong house. Same house number completely wrong street. I don't understand. It's pretty irritating.

In and out before I knew it. 0-star = Feb. 15th processing at Morriston USPS facility. Feb 18th "We could not access the delivery location to deliver your package at 3:41 pm on February 18, 2025 in OCALA, FL 34482. We will redeliver on the next delivery day. No action needed." 19th no news/attempt, 20th no news/attempt. Update, Feb. 21st - Yesterday, 20th a 2nd attempt to deliver and "unable to access property" per attached image. The address used is an event facility that sees thousands of visitors who all have mail delivered to the facility from USPS, FedEx, and UPS. No gate, an open and accessible dedicated mail building. Now, they are "returning to sender." UPDATE, 2/21/25 In person to resolve the below package issue, again extremely friendly and helpful people when visiting in person. After multiple days of waiting, and driving 15 minutes from the mailing address to this USPS location in an attempt to get my hands on package, this location tells me that they don't deliver to the destination (in the same town as they are located), and that another Ocala location (farther away) delivers to my location. The other location sends packages to this facility because of it's proximity to the destination. Its sounds like neither location delivers to an Ocala address in Morriston, but USPS has delivered to this address using the same address format for over 5 years. So crazy, only in Florida. I then drive 30+ minutes to another Ocala location, to try and get to the bottom of this and get my package. I get there and they tell me the location I was just at, delivers packages to that address (no duh), but they tried to deliver to an address/location for the property where mail has never been delivered before. This foreign address they created for delivery, resulted in an inaccessible response. Unfortunately, after paying for expedited shipping, my package does NOT qualify for USPS intercept (~$15) and it's being returned to sender. Unbelievable to say the least. It's a package the size of a reem of paper. I can't say how disappointed and frustrated I am that the organization who is in charge or national mail delivery, and has been for nearly a millennia can't deliver a sinple package, to a regularly visited address. It's 2025, like what is going on at the Morriston and Ocala locations?
