If they dont know and answer forma service their answer is no. I have shipped multiple time same products with no issues and when you go to this location they say they cant receive irregular size package. Dont go until the get more time and experienced personnel

I tried to drop off an Amazon return on two separate days this week and the store had not opened yet - and was closed. No sign nothing. This was at 11:00am. I saw at least 20 people ( including a UPS driver!) come to the door and then leave because they did not open. Website says open. Ridiculous. Called corporate - worthless. Unprofessional. And the store has a non working phone number. Will never come here again.

- CPCasey PacellaApr 16, 20262.0I was sooo excited when this location opened, only to experience time after time that there is nobody on site and the store is closed, even though the hours posted say that they would be open. Unfortunately, they are so unpredictable that I find it easier to hit other locations while I’m out running errands. It’s a shame.
