This is the worst water delivery. Don't be fooled by them because they also service Costco water delivery. I placed 2 orders for water delivery under 2 accounts (I was told I had to create a 2nd account due to it going to a different address). The first time, they shorted me bottles. The 2nd time they added 20 additional bottles to my order without my authorization. I tried to give them a second opportunity but they just simply do not know how to manage deliveries and orders. STEER CLEAR.

Terrible customer service and the app is worthless. Water shows up off schedule and the drivers do not follow the delivery instructions. It’s gotten worse since Ready Fresh was acquired by Primo Brands. Obviously, lots of cost cutting and merger issues that have made the company even worse than before.

Delivery drivers will often not take all of the empty bottles - leaving 2-3 empty bottles at my door yet I get charged for a delivery fee.
no problem... I'll just contact them. Their text support 98% of the time is just a robot that has no human intuition and can not address common inquiries.
If you do happen to get a human on their text support, they often leave pre-maturely before ever reaching a solution.
Ever since Primo acquired them, noticeable difference and not for the better.

What a terrible experience! Ready Fresh, now Primo Brands, has been in service for 3 years. They frequently changed delivery days and debited my card for an unjustified minute. I removed the affiliated card and sent several emails notifying them I no longer wanted the service. They removed the equipment and water bottles, and to date, none of my emails have been answered. I received an email from a company notifying me of a past debt of $110. The customer service is terrible. I hope you read this comment and resolve this for me. Communication at this company is lacking.

These people keep adding items to charge more and then, we can’t talk to anyone to get the charges reversed. One month they charged me for 4 5 gallons of water plus the filter and I only received 3 5 gallons of water. I am still waiting for the refund. I used them because no one else delivers water.
