It was my first time at this location this morning and I had a very good experience. There were 3 clerks. My clerk (clerk 06) was a young lady, very professional and she answered to all my questions on when my Christmas cards will be delivered. I will sure go to this location again because it exceeded my expectations!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Rude and Unhelpful Customer Service
I went in to mail a postcard and was missing a label. Instead of offering guidance or even basic courtesy, the staff flat-out refused to take it and were extremely rude about it. There was no attempt to explain, help, or provide any customer service whatsoever.
A simple situation turned unnecessarily unpleasant due to their dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism. Customer service was nonexistent, and I was made to feel like an inconvenience for asking a basic question.
If you expect even minimal courtesy or assistance, don’t. This location clearly has no interest in helping customers.

Extremely poor customer service and unacceptable behavior
This is, without exaggeration, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The person in charge behaves as if she owns the office, treating customers however she pleases, with a dismissive and condescending attitude that is completely inappropriate for a public service facility.
There is no sense of professionalism, courtesy, or willingness to help. Instead of assisting the public, she creates an uncomfortable and hostile environment for anyone who walks in. This is not how a government office—especially one that represents public service—should operate.
Someone with this attitude should not be the face of an office that serves the community. I strongly recommend management review this location and address the behavior of its staff. Public service requires respect, patience, and accountability, none of which were present here.
