  waiting for somebody to open on a Monday with 27 boxes for more than 1 hour. Nobody opened the store. Had to reload boxes and go to another UPS.

  I do not recommend this UPS Store. I had a very unpleasant experience. I sent my original university diplomas to Philadelphia, and when they did not arrive, I contacted both the UPS store and customer service. At first, I was told that the documents were lost. Weeks later, they said they had been found, but that the delivery address was missing, so the envelope would be returned to the UPS store. When I went to pick it up, the envelope was open and in very poor condition, and my original nursing diploma was missing. I spoke with an employee, who told me—just to calm the situation—that the shipment was insured for $100 and that I would receive a check within a few weeks. To this day, I have never received that check. I strongly advise anyone sending important documents to make sure they purchase proper insurance. Replacing my diploma cost me $250 from my country of origin. I am completely dissatisfied with both this UPS store and UPS in general. I sent a formal complaint letter and, so far, I have received no response or resolution. I am attaching photos showing the condition in which the envelope was returned to me.
