I paid for an overnight service with the promise the envelop was going to be delivered by 10:30 am today which is an important urgent matter that can cost me thousands of money because it had to arrived today before 12 pm. However the tracking information says its going to be by the end of the day. The shipment was sent from Miramar to Orlando, how the hell it was sent to Memphis. No common sense at all. They should fired the ones not properly doing the job. Expensive service of no trust . Another package they were supposed to delivered today . They are lying and not delivering on time when the client pays to be shipped. I have been home all day and no one bring anything. I go to the facility and they refused to give me the package bc my drivers license is not enough for them. They are lying and that is always a federal offense and not giving the package to the owner. If you are requesting a federal id be clear you also are a fraud when you lie about delivery not done. The lady and the other person on the front should be fired . She is rude and does not have any customer skills and him is very slow and does not have any energy to just look for an envelop
