Horrible customer service. Do not waste your time at this post office. They need customer service training as soon as possible.

2/12/26 Tall white balding man dismissed me for no reason saying that I couldn’t mail something. He kept asking if it was prescription even though it wasn’t medication at all. He clearly just didn’t want to even try as soon as the task seemed a little too complicated. Even though it’s his job. I immediately went to a usps 10 minutes down the road and had 0 issues mailing the package, just like I haven’t had any issues any other time I’ve mailed the exact same package. How are you a mail worker and don’t even know what can and can’t be mailed?

I was so empress with Kwan. I had to share my story. I was attempting to try to use the kiosk inside the post office. He saw how much I was trying to succeed in this effort.. and he came over to help me out. It is so good sharing this because we have to help each other and it’s still good people doing good work.

I’ve been to the Washington St. Post Office in Minneola, FL a few times now and the service is consistently great. The staff are fast, respectful, and treat customers with real courtesy. Every visit has been smooth and professional. Easily one of the best post office locations in the area!
Highly recommend this location! 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yolanda has to be the rudest person that works there. I don't get what is the purpose of having an attitude and talking to people like they are little kids since that's not gonna speed up the line or make her go home earlier. On top of her disgusting attitude at the end of the transaction she has the nerve to look straight at you and ask to rate her on her service, does not look away until you mark something on there. I always try to avoid going to this USPS for this reason, no wonder why it only has 3.2 stars.
