I went today to purchase a cardboard box for a child’s school project. All of the boxes were behind the counter. The associate was extremely rude and not helpful. I stated that I did not have specific dimensions in mind. But I explained what I was looking for. She stated, “I have hundreds of boxes back there, I can’t just pull each one out.” It would have not been difficult for her to take 2 or 3 similar sizes that may work for what I was describing instead of being sarcastic and unhelpful. Apparently this store does not care about customer service or profit from sales.

**UPDATED REVIEW**
I didn’t demand my package be shipped that night, I simply wanted to mail a package for a family member who left their belongings at my home after Christmas. I called my wife to ask her how quick the package needed to get there…..I just checked and I was on the phone with her for 2 minutes so I’m not sure that qualifies as “an extended amount of time”.
It seems that all the reviews say the same thing and instead of taking a look in the mirror and fixing your attitude and working on your customer service skills, you want to blame EVERY customer who says the same thing about this particular store and its staff. I would start by putting down the phone and stop trying to play the victim in every single bad review and maybe pick up a book on Customer Service.
I highly suggest this UPS gets another manager. She has to be the rudest lady.
I guess saying you’re always so pleasant. Every time I come in here is inappropriate.

Wow do I feel validated reading these reviews. The customer service in this UPS could really use a revamp. As someone who works in the merchandise industry, I frequent UPSes often and have never encountered one with such unhelpful attendants. Giving it two stars because they weren’t rude, however there is quite some room for improvement in the service side of things when it comes to kindness, approachability, and problem solving.

Customer service here was extremely disappointing. I went to the store needing assistance, but the manager was completely unwilling to help. I ended up leaving without being able to take care of anything because she didn’t provide support. Very unprofessional attitude.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. However, I want to clarify what actually happened during my visit and since google doesn’t have the option to reply to your comment, I’m gonna do it here.
I removed the encryption from my phone, converted the document to PDF, and sent it again to the store’s email. I even informed that the new email had been sent without encryption. Despite that, this person still insisted on opening my personal email on the store computer — even after we both confirmed that the computer was not working, as it wouldn’t even allow us to type the email address or every refresh the page. Was not responding at all.
Knowing the computer wasn’t responding, she did not check the store’s inbox to open the attachment and print the document, even though the unencrypted PDF had already been sent.
My review is about the lack of willingness to assist or offer alternatives. There was no effort to go a step further or provide customer service.

Went into this UPS store yesterday to make an Amazon return and was greeted with THE WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced, by THE OWNER. She appeared bothered to be working, was unpleasant, and completely rude. She should perhaps take a course on customer service and manners. I will NOT do business with this store in the future.
***UPDATE: Rachel, thanks for your reply but this is NOT what happened. You’re getting your customers confused. It seems you’re full of excuses and cannot take ownership for your lack of customer service. You reply and are full with excuses. Based on the recent reviews, this is obviously an ongoing issue. Please, learn to treat your PAYING customers with respect.
