  Our experience at this Post Office was quick and helpful. Everyone has a different experience but for us this was easy. I will definitely return whenever it's needed.

  I received the email Stating My package was put in my mailbox on thursday , march nineteenth twenty twenty Six I Checked my mailbox my package was not there So I waited till the next day Which was Friday. March 20th 2026. Package was not there.So I called the post office Spoke to a lady, she was nice. I did not get her name Wish I had. So I gave her my tracking number I was told to hold on She Came back to the phone a few minutes later And ask me, did I need a key to get into my mailbox? I told her, yes And if the package is too big, the postal worker would usually leave a key so I can get into the bigger mailbox locker. She then asked me for my phone number And my last name And said someone will be calling me about my package. So Monday, March 23rd 2026. I Went check my mailbox around 5 o'clock in the evening. My package was still not there and no one had called me. So around nine thirty p m , my son Was going to work, he came back in the house with my package in his hand and said he found it outside on the ground. I'm glad I got good neighbors because that package was expensive. And it really made me mad for my package to be Left outside on the ground When your workers are too lazy to do their job, the right way.Milton Post Office, you got to do better.This is totally Uncalled for Very poor service.

  We moved 4 weeks ago and handed them a change of address card and a forwarding address and they held our mail in Milton for 3 weeks and then delivered it to our old address. We have had to call all companies to pay the bills and forward them. I actually drove 3 hours home to a vacant house to put a big sign in the mail box that we moved and the same lazy woman that has ran over my trash can from Adam’s twice and never got pur out to help me pick it up, continues to deliver the mail there. The post office keeps telling my wife… ohh this takes 2 weeks and we don’t know who you are, so we kept your mail. Worst bs we have ever dealt with

  Don't waste your time or money. USPS is the most incompetent delivery service.

  Unfortunately every time we are forced to used this location there are issues. Including policy changes that are hand written and taped in random places. When we abide by USPS guidelines we expect to not be treated rudely in front of a room full of people. Also, when we asked for 2 different receipts since we were each shipping packages, that request was denied for “the sake of time”. What??
