This is the first post office I've dealt with that always marks my packages as delivered and hasn't been delivered on time in reality. I will get my packages days later and this causes unnecessary headache and calls to the seller. Please stop marking these packages as delivered when they're not!

Ridgeview Dr. —Missing your mail?? The supervisor, he is a liar. He will lie to you about certified mail & also cover for his carrier. He will send someone out to say, "he's busy and you're going to be waiting for a while or you can give him your number and he will call you." He will NEVER call you. They will also try to lie and say it's because you don't have a resident card or your name inside the mailbox! The supervisor will also state, That is because you didn't do a change of address! (I did 4+!) Every little excuse possible he will use! I've been getting my mail... Junk mail.... Bills.... Everyone else's mail.... I have informed delivery and I know when he doesn't deliver it on the same day....BUT YET the mail carrier can't get his lazy ... Out and serve the certified letter! Supervisor will also lie and say, the company sending you the certified letter did not put the correct numbers in the address & left off the name! (Even after knowing the company would hand me the letter with the envelope...WITH my name and the correct address!) His mail carrier never got out the vehicle to attempt to deliver a certified letter! Then lied about it! (Smile at the door!) The picture of the yellow label states return to sender, unclaimed, & unable to forward! I don't know what this mail carrier has against me, but it's apparently biased or discriminating! (Got to knock on the door or leave a sticker in order to retrieve the mail!!) The mail carrier has broke the law! Has also opened my mail and left fingerprints all over it! Also gave me all of someone else's mail! It just irritates me with mail carriers because there's someone else willing to do this job.....and this carrier is just taking the spot! Honest review right here!

Art , the supposed Manager. Wow. He’s a real piece of work. He hangs up on me when I call. He refused to forward my mail and kept 3 months worth of my mail illegally. Why isn’t he in jail? How does this man have a job ?

Every time I’ve had something delivered through USPS it’s been delivered to the wrong place. I’ve never had this issue with other delivery services.

The slowest post office I’ve ever seen. Employees here have no respect for your time. The line is literally out the door most days.
