Unfortunately every time we are forced to used this location there are issues. Including policy changes that are hand written and taped in random places. When we abide by USPS guidelines we expect to not be treated rudely in front of a room full of people. Also, when we asked for 2 different receipts since we were each shipping packages, that request was denied for “the sake of time”. What??

I had a small package that was to be delivered on 1/10. The tracking said delivered but no package. On Monday 1/11 same thing. Went to Milton fl post office. Was told a new sub made a mistake and it was being returned. Today it showed returned for insufficient address. Went to Milton fl post office and showed them pictures of the mail box. Then the supervisor said someone gave the package back to the carrier. So 2 different stories now. No, no one at the address gave the carrier anything. So then after a 15 minute wait the supervisor shows me a very grainy photo of the label. The photo was obviously photoshopped(to me)to make the address look insufficient. What probably happened was the on Sunday 1/10 didn't deliver the package for whatever reason, and the supervisor was covering for the carrier. Maybe the supervisor had to deliver on Sunday 1/10. Who knows? But they'll take no responsibility for anything at the Milton fl post office. So did my package actually get returned or is it an empty box? Will it ever get delivered? I'd tell people to stay tuned for the next exciting episode but as slow as the post office moves it might be February before I get any closure on this 😅

They never processed an address change I filled out at the front counter. I finally had to go online weeks later and do it myself. And the letters I had stamped/ dropped off at the counter were never received by the recipients!! I wont be back!!

Red Mail Jeep nearly caused an accident by cutting us off while we were taking a left out of their parking lot. We were waiting for an opening in busy holiday traffic when they swung out of the parking lot using the remaining space on our left despite our having left blinker on.
