  Was mailing out UPS packages and was trying to mail out a letter to the USPS while I was here. I was told that unless we pay we’re not allowed to drop mail off here. I called back and Nikki informed me that that was not the case as long as they had a letter that it would be OK to fit in the mail slot. They don’t take packages but they do take mail. So I don’t understand why someone was trying to charge me to send out a letter when I already had a stamp on it. Seems like a scam.

  Staff is very helpful and quick. Went there to ship 31# of motorcycle riding gear that was way too large for any boxes available at USPS. UPS Store has boxes that are just big enough for our shipment.

  I was in this location to make an Amazon return a couple of months ago. The employee scanned the QR code and told me I needed a box. I said okay but she just argued with me about not being able to do anything without a box. Said I was suppose that have it packed and labeled already. I told her to sell me box but she just wanted to argue. I went in a few weeks ago to make another return and she was arguing with another customer about the same thing. She never offered a solution, just argued. I went in a few days ago and the same employee came out of the back with an empty, used Amazon box and handed it to her customer and said, "I didn't give you this box. I don't know you, you don't know me, it didn't come from me. We're not supposed to do this." Then used the box to pack the customer's return. This is unacceptable. You don't get to pick and choose which customers you break the rules for and which you treat like crap. She is in the wrong line of work.

  First and foremost, even though the website says otherwise, they do not provide notary services on the weekends. That said, I can not say enough about the folks here, specifically Chasity and Nikki. They were both super friendly and flexible with the request I made. The store had a light-hearted, but professional atmosphere and it was clear the customers were their #1 priority. I have no reservation in highly recommending this store for any of your shipping needs or really any other service they provide!
