I call the Middleburg location to find out what happened. The manager proceeded to give me the runaround, and kept saying call corporate. I spent 5 hours between texts and phone calls to only find out the package was never even picked up from the store. I was told “No Drivers worked - New Years Eve. Yet my package was dropped off at 1 plenty of time for delivery Then he said he’d call me back with an update. He never had the courtesy to call me back and tell me “, hey your package is still here at our store”. Kept saying and giving excuses yet you pay premium dollar for a premium service and yet it messed up my meeting presentation. Not happy at least take it to a location where they actually give a damn

Just say something like, "No ma'am, I can't do that or well that will be an extra charge ". Don't lecture me. #1 RUDE AWARD GOES TO THE UPS LADY. Then tell me your not arguing. Yes you were and the other lady in the store said you were too. I don't think I have ever seen the people today.
