Awful. Awful. Awful. In March, I waited in line for 13 minutes until someone came to the front to receive my outgoing mail that required tracking and confirmation numbers. **I was the only person in line** I rearranged their stamp collection on the counter, by wavelength/color, as a courtesy. Later in March, the flag was not flying (as it should be on a clear weather day on federal property.) This has happened twice in March. I assumed that they were closed for official business, but they were just lazy and didn't raise the flag. Or maybe too busy to fly the colors. Idk. They were closed during their posted business hours yesterday (April 18 @ 1515hrs). No note on the door that explained why they were closed. Last time they were closed during business hours, there was a handwritten note taped to the door that stated an emergency occurred and they would be back at 2pm. Well, I came back at 4pm, and nobody had been there. Here is a photo of the counter windows shut during their posted business hours.
