Today, April 30, 2026 at approximately 4:35 PM, I visited this post office to drop off a package, and my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, I had to ring the bell for assistance. The employee looked at me but continued doing something else instead of helping right away, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. There was a staff member assisting customers (I don’t know his name, and that’s not the main issue). What concerned me was a large sign stating “Sorry, no hablo español.” In a diverse community, that felt unwelcoming and dismissive. While I understand not everyone is required to speak Spanish, customer service should make an effort to communicate respectfully with all customers. I personally went to school here and made the effort to learn both English and Spanish, so seeing a sign like that felt discouraging, especially for Spanish-speaking customers. The situation escalated when I was asked to rate my experience. I selected a negative option because I genuinely was not satisfied. The employee then pressured me to change my response, repeatedly telling me to select a positive rating. When I declined, he raised his voice and became confrontational. He then told me, “You know what’s going to happen now? Your package is not going to get delivered.” That statement felt like a threat and was extremely inappropriate. As a customer, I should be able to express my honest experience without being intimidated or pressured to give a positive review. I should not feel like I have to lie just to avoid being treated unfairly. I have a receipt for my package, so I expect it to be delivered properly. However, the way I was treated made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. This location needs to seriously improve its customer service. No customer should be ignored, pressured, or threatened for giving honest feedback.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at the USPS office. The clerk named Edmund was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. From the moment I approached the counter, his attitude was hostile and disrespectful, as if helping customers was a burden. There was no basic courtesy, no willingness to assist—just poor treatment and a lack of professionalism that made the entire interaction extremely uncomfortable. Customer service should never feel like this. It was, without a doubt, one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had at a postal office. USPS seriously needs to address this kind of behavior, because no customer deserves to be treated this way.

Got there at 1pm to buy stamps and mail a package. There’s a sign on the door they’re closed for 2 hours until 3pm for lunch. RIDICULOUS!
