  Great experience at this Post Office! The staff was very helpful, professional, and patient. I especially want to recognize Lucy and Gloria — they went above and beyond, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to receive such attentive and friendly service. They truly make a difference. Thank you! Visu labu !

  Worst USPS location I’ve been to. Staff are slow, unwelcoming, and come off very opinionated—telling customers what they “should” do instead of just doing their job. If I choose to stand in line and handle my business in person, that should be respected. The building itself is also poorly maintained and looks neglected, which matches the level of service. Overall, very unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this location until serious improvements are made.

  The management of this place is completely incompetent and disrespectful. No matter how many times you go there, the package drop-off box is always locked from the inside. Isn't it supposed to be available for use after office hours? I’ve been going there for a month just to see if this is standard practice at this location, and I even recorded a video—which I plan to post on social media—documenting the exact times. From 5 p.m. until 8 a.m. the next morning, it is unusable. The same goes for the three letter drop-boxes; they are always jammed, with mail stuffed so full that it blocks the lids from closing. What other purpose does a post office serve, if not to provide a place to drop off correspondence and packages? Furthermore, I have visited every other post office in the surrounding area, and—on average—they all function at least 70% better than this one. Shut this pigsty down once and for all, or replace the entire staff ASAP. The entire place is a shame!
