THIS DOESNT MAKE NO SENSE AT ALLL!!! AT THIS POINT PLEASE SHUT IT ALL DOWN. THEY DONT WANNA WORK NOBODY KNOWS WHERE MY PACKAGE

The carriers never take out outgoing mail however i was billed extra money. The carriers are so lazy & it's been more complaints against them for not taking outgoing mail. They emailed me saying my case was closed because they can't find my package. Very much ridiculous.

After visiting numerous times and delivering the documentation needed to let them know our address is not vacant, they have continued to fail exceptionally at delivering our mail. The staff are rude and unhelpful, there is a clear inability to communicate, and they continue to neglect core responsibilities. Ideally, the entire office would be gutted and replaced with honest individuals who actually want to work for a living.

I read the address on Google Since she couldn’t get it to me, and she made a comment about me needing to remove my lashes to read it. In front of other customers, which was very disrespectful and disheartening. As a black woman to another black woman that is just asking for sense of direction for a passport it is very sad that people are still tearing down others when they see a beautiful woman out of hatred or jealousy of themselves. Will not be stepping foot here again as a local I would rather travel further.
