  First time going to this post office and last. The lady that was working on 4/22/26 in the morning shift has to learn a bit, well a lot more customer service techniques. I understand you get paid “amazing” and you work for “the government” but being less rude and more helpful doesn’t hurt anyone.

  DO NOT COME HERE!! The rudest most unprofessional staff. Barely have any supplies, talk to you like you’re an idiot, not helpful whatsoever. Old woman in the front with glasses and bad wig especially! Drive the extra 5-10 minutes to the next one.

  I went to this Ojus postal service since 1991. I stop coming because thru the year all payments can be done online ( bank, mortgage, bills,etc ) the last time was in 2024 that I came to drop a package to be send to Israel. The employees working thru the past 25 years greet & treat us with respect and consideration back then even by name. So I went this March 24 - 2026 to drop a certified mail with return address to IRS. I never did this before my accountant was taking care of that for me aspartof her service. So I went inside greet with good morning to the two (2) female clerk .... No answer no acknowledgement on their part. I wait for my turn on line and ask how to send my mail, she was dry and unpolite: go there -take that- fill it -bring it! Wow what a service rude and very unfriendly. My condominium neighbor past by and she try to help me. The clerk EXPLODE stateting that I was sexes and scrimming at my friend; ( in reality I made a deadly mistake I ask her about the old employees I express how nice experience they give us along the past 3 decades. She reply with this answer: " really, okay now we are here checking her nails) My friend try to reason with her stating that I never abuse or scream at all to her what happens that I was coming from my dentist I have cotton in my mouth it was swollen and with pain. That was the reason for my lack of expresing clearly my voice. I don't appreciate one bit of this treatment and I want to make sure that my CERTIFIED MAIL WILL ARRIVE TO IRS on time. Otherwise a legal actions will be take. PS: If a Manager or Supervisor are reading this comments about the service provide please call me or leave a phone number. Thank you!
