- S5Shorty 5002 days ago1.0Can any manager, co-worker, even a customer just tell the lady at the counter to stop saying: “I love my job”? She repeats this for every customer. If you don’t want to work there, please just go home. It is sad that my tax money pays someone who does not want to do the right job. The complains are piling up and nobody does anything. May be it is time to address the matter to the federal government.

Of course he wants that overtime! Second: he saw me there and just left the stand he was for absolutely nothing! Third: I had to come back and ask for envelope I had just gave in and the girl who attended me wasn’t there so he did not help me at all, if that girl was out for 2hs, he would have made me wait for 2hs, that’s beyond unprofessional and disrespectful! Be better sir!

- SGSahily GonzalezJan 21, 20261.0What a very unpleasant experience I had this morning at this USPS location. The employee who assisted me refused to provide tape. I asked if I could purchase it, and he said no. I left, bought several packs of tape, and came back, yet he still refused to print my postage stamp. All of this was done with a very rude and unprofessional attitude. Unfortunately, the other woman who works there is also disrespectful toward customers. Both employees speak negatively and inappropriately about customers among themselves, even after the customer has already left. After leaving USPS, I went to UPS, where the employees charged me only $3 to print my documents and place them in a protective plastic sleeve. They were extremely kind, professional, and helpful. The difference in customer service was night and day. From now on, I will be taking my packages to a different USPS location.
