  Went in to drop off 2 prepaid packages. Got to the counter and mentioned I just needed to grab a receipt (proof of possession transfernce) the postal service worker, "Melissa Ford", proceeded to tell me if all I needed was a receipt I would need to do that at the self service kiosk in the lobby. She then proceeded to walk from behind the counter and tell me she would show me how to do this. I am already aware of how to do this. The problem with this is that USPS does not acknowledge taking possession of the item when using the self service kiosk. So if your package(s) become lost before they choose to do their own scan in, you have no recourse. As I began to explain this to her, I was then told to shut up and she walked away. Currently waiting for consumer protection services to return my call. The USPS is not struggling due to postage rates- it's suffering due to lack of training, customer service standards and the enablement of rude, entitled workers. You can do better.

  Came here and all the bad reviews they write it most be problematic people whit issues, they all of them are very nice and helpful people here I come often almost once a month, and I being seeing how people get mad when they explain they need to buy clear tape or to close their packages, or write the addresses, but they are just employees following rules, I think people has nothing to and they come here mad and being rude and if they treat them same way they get mad and come here to damage and write bad about this lady’s and even taking pictures of them??? They should have the option to take legal action for this people taking pictures or videos whit out consent people think they can make their own rules wherever they go shame

  I had a very bad experience today 04/21/2026 at 12:50 pm with a highly unprofessional employee. She didn't help me and made me wait in line three separate times. I do not recommend this place—I had such a negative experience that I ended up having to leave the store without being able to get done what I needed to do.

  I came today to the post office at 4:50 and they were closed, when a lady came to open one window on the side and I asked at what time they closed she ignored me and when I asked her again she answered back with attitude and respond due to short stuff they are closing now and heading to another location but there is no sign, no notifications whatsoever, please educated the stuff to be more polite and also please announce online as well if you will be closed so people can look for another site.

  Horrible customer service! They do NOT follow what the schedule online says. It was supposed to open Wednesday from 9 to 10 and the lady told me she couldn’t do it.
