- IJIshan Jaffery4 days ago1.0Congrats on losing $30k/month client because your employee wants to power trip. I have a stamps account with my company since 2022. Not only I have been buying prepaid labels from usps for my business since that time, when I moved to Miami in 2023, I have been using this post office to drop off my prepaid packages. Today, I went to drop off my packages as usual behind the usps. I tried to drive in from the side entrance from my car. The african american gentleman stopped me from entering by blocking the entrance and told me to use the other entrance. I clearly specified I have been coming here almost everyday and most of their staff even supervisors who is a nice guy (usually wears glasses with semi gray hair) knows me. I backed out and used the other entrance because I already needed these prepaid packages to be dropped off. Then I saw him driving around and I tried to ask what difference it makes if I come from side entrance or back because ultimately I am there for a minute tops to drop these packages off. Then he went on a power trip telling me he's the lead supervisor and that he don't care. I said ok, I'll just switch to Ups. So great job costing your company around $30,000 a month just because you want to power trip and control people which entrance they can and can't use.

I said good morning three times for her to then look at me with a horrible face to barely acknowledge me and help me with a horrible attitude because she was talking with the other employee. I just wanted to drop off with normality and no hostility at this location once.
