The U.S. Post Office also never responds other then sending me a stupid survey asking me if my complaint was resolved. I say "no" but no one follows up. I never see any letter carriers in my area. Are they on strike?

It clearly says 8:30-5 on the window, yet it’s 8:45 and you all are still not open. Suggestion to the Post Master for this facility (GET A CREW IN THERE THAT’S ON TIME AND DON’T HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH WORKING)!!!

- BDBradly DiazApr 4, 20262.0Supervisor Reid refused to give my mail on hold even though I went in person and tried to show a valid ID. Supervisor Reid said I won't get my mail until I fix my mailbox, but nothing in USPS policies and procedures states that she's allowed to do so. I contacted USPS customer service and they confirmed as much, however, Supervisor Reid refused a second time to hand over my mail and even went as far as to say that they will return the mail to the sender unless I fix the issue with my mailbox in the time frame that she arbitrarily decided. Supervisor Reid seems to have let her "power" go to her head. Update: It's nice that at least district management cares about how consumers are treated. I encourage anyone with grievances regarding this office to report them to USPS Consumer Affairs at 1-800-ASK-USPS.
