  Subject: Complaint Regarding Service at Aventura Post Office Date: March 26, 2026 I am a resident of Aventura and would like to report ongoing issues at the local post office located at 3585 NE 207th Street in Aventura. Recently, many residents, including myself, have experienced repeated problems with this office being closed during posted service hours. On March 26, 2026, the office was closed around 3:15 PM, and a notice was placed on the door indicating the employee had left for lunch. The office remained closed while residents were waiting outside for service. This situation has reportedly been occurring frequently, and many residents have expressed frustration with the lack of availability and communication. The staff member present did not provide her name or the name of her supervisor when asked. I even drove to another post office location to confirm whether it is acceptable for the office to be closed during service hours, and I was informed that there should normally be someone available to assist customers. This repeated lack of service is disappointing for the residents of Aventura who rely on this post office. I have also documented the situation with photographs. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to ensure reliable service for the community.we do her pictures and her professional Work. She should be suspended or fire from the post office. A lot of residents complain. That’s how we took Against. The employee was March 26, 315. She came back to post Office for him break.   Horrible post office. Claims lunc at 3:30 PM and gone for rest of day stayed till 5 PM. The women and the ma do this everyday and just leave at 3 pm. I filed a complaint with the BBB and I will be confronting them and the mangers about this.

  Came on Saturday at 12:30pm saw this paper posted. Waited for about 15 mins and left. Posted hours for Saturday are 10am - 2pm. Unbelievable and unreliable.

  The Saturday i went at 1:15 pm and the office was closed!!! it is supposed to be open until 2pm. someone has to be responsible for this. There is not any respect and consideration to the customers. I just found out that the office was closed all day :( Where is the supervisor? maybe there was an emergency but i am sure the he/she can send someone else, that is responsibility and compromise.

  This has got to be the worst USPS in Miami. I was there at 4:20 and the lady was inside but the doors were locked with the lunch sign on the door… She was looking and me and another man but she refused to open the door
