Since I had already paid for the shipping label at home, I had to take the package back with me. It’s so sad—they really ought to replace the staff; that post office is a complete disaster.

Please, after leaving a negative review, also contact the **United States Postal Service Consumer Affairs, the USPS Office of the Consumer Advocate, and file a complaint with the United States Postal Service Office of Inspector General. This situation is unacceptable. The postmaster should be held accountable, and this office needs serious oversight or replacement of staff. I cannot believe USPS would allow such poor work ethic and lack of service at one of their facilities.

It's incredibly embarrassing to send packages and they end up arriving whenever they feel like it, not when the app says they will. And it hasn't just happened to me once; it happens frequently. They tell you that priority mail arrives in five days, sometimes, and it's all a lie. They take up to two weeks. What a lack of respect the postal service in this city has become!
