    El servicio de esta localización es especial, la atención es súper, ya he he ido en varias ocasiones y la muchacha del pelo rojo me a ayudado con mis devoluciones. Hace poco fui hacer mis finger print y la misma muchacha me atendió, me explicó todo y quedé más que complacida. Trabajan súper bien y la dinámica con su compañera, son muy rápidas, atienden varias personas a la vez, y aún así ofrecen un servicio impecable. Lo super recomiendo

    Me metí a verificar los review de esta locación porque precisamente presencié una escena que me dejó un poco perturbada, en esta locación se caracterizan por ser atentos, y explicar cada paso a los clientes cuando están equivocados, muchas veces los customer suelen ser groseros y faltar el respeto a los trabajadores como ayer, una cliente grosera le exigía a la trabajadora que le tenía q sellar una caja la cual traía abierta completamente y rota, la muchacha le explicó las consecuencias de si su paquete lo envía así, q cobraban por sellar una caja de esa magnitud, que si era algo pequeño si lo podía cerrar pero así no, esta clienta fue grosera desde que entró a la tienda, con mal actitud ella y su esposo, debo decir la muchacha del pelo rojo que los atendió tuvo extrema paciencia y le explicó una y mil veces, y aun así fueron groseros. Es una pena que existan personas tan mal educadas, y no sepan escuchar a los demás cuando le dan un consejo por sobre todo su bien. Por eso vine a dejar esta experiencia, porque me parece que las personas desde lo malo se agarren de plataformas para expresarse tan mal y sobre todo explicando cosas q no pasaron. Hoy en día es bueno saber que los trabajadores no pierden sus trabajos por reviews tan impertinentes como los q vi aquí. Un poco más empatía para el customer services de este país.

    El servicio es el muy bueno en general de todo el team de ups de esta locación, te explican cuidadosamente cada paso de devolución y envíos, es una pena que estaba viendo comentarios donde dicen cosas diferentes es una pena que las personas desde la ira hagan comentarios tan feos, afortunadamente hay otros que si ponen la realidad, porque dudo mucho que un servicio al cliente sea tan malo y aun así las personas sigan hiendo. El servicio es impecable

    Es Pesima la attention una muchacha de pelo dojo muy grocera con mala attitud da respuestas grocera le dijo a mi Esposo que le sella a el paquete con un pedacito de precinta y que si el parquet se abria no era su problems los repartidores no recogian la mercancia es la 3ra ofensa ya habiamos tenido otros inconvenientes ahi no se puede ir por ella las personas que no saven de tegnologia los maltrara my despectiva hasta con personas mayores

    REPLY: this is a reply to your comment, what you were stating as a complete lie. You can make it seem like whatever you want, but myself and the lady that were there, were there several minutes before your business should’ve been closed. If you look at the pictures, you can notice that your employees are closed even way before then at all the computers and equipment were locked up. You’re only hurting your business by not addressing the issues with your employees, as you can see in the other reviews, everybody having the same problem with your employees. Also, I only have one box, which had a pre-label already on it, the other box was me being a gentleman and carrying it for the other lady, that was there with me. So please don’t say that more than one package when I didn’t. All you have to do is look at other reviews and notice that they have the same pattern, extremely rude employees, and they close the stores early. I am pretty sure that UPS does not allow this to happen, and I will be notifying them of the improper service and violation of their contract of closing the store before hours. This is just poor service all around. It’s incredible that the owner of this store would allow this to happen. I just read all the reviews and it’s all the same thing, the employees nasty attitudes. And always closing the store early. So as a recent, this UPS store has probably become the worst UPS store in the world. It’s my opinion, that they have to be the worst employees, and the whole system. I understand that these UPS stores are franchises, but I will be filing a complaint with UPS. Myself and another lady showed up five minutes before the store is due to close, at 7 PM, and the store was already locked. The lady that was with me had to carry two boxes to the front door, meanwhile, two employees had already locked REPLY: I just saw your reply, and you are a liar. The times that I was there was a lot earlier than tonight, and and I only had one package which had to be label. The lady that’s next to me, was already there, and the second package was hers, that as a gentleman, I carried for her to the front of the door. If you look at your previous reviews, they all say the same thing, as a business owner, you’re only hurting yourself. I’ve been donating your employees action. But if you’re going to say that something, it should be the truth, I only had one package with a fee label. That second package was the one that I helped the lady carried to your door, you’re only hurting your own business. everything inside the store, and close the registers. Not only did they leave us outside with the heavy boxes, which already had prepaid labels, but they were rude and screaming from inside we’re closed. The owner of this franchise should look at his employees, as his reviews are horrible compared to other UPS stores. I now understand why they have such poor reviews.
