  I had a very frustrating experience at this store. I waited in line for about 20 minutes, and during that time, the staff member(short and curry hairs) at the desk clearly saw that I was carrying an AT&T return box. However, when I finally reached the counter, I was told that their system was down and they could not process AT&T returns—only scan other items. This information could have been communicated much earlier, saving me and others a significant amount of time. I also noticed the same situation happening to at least two other customers, who were only informed once they reached the desk. I would strongly suggest that, if the system is down, the store should display a clear notice or inform customers in line so they can avoid unnecessary waiting.

  So this morning I went to the ups store to do a return and ship two boxes and although is was packed because their system was down the one star is to the Manager Keith he was treating his employee very inappropriately so I decided not to deliver my boxes with ups and took it to usps I don’t know if Keith was overly stressed but that is no way to treat your employer yet along have customers see that.

  Great customer service. Even if you are just returning an Amazon package, they make you feel valued. One time I even forgot to tape my package and they took care of it. I always go to this UPS over others.
