  For two consecutive days, upon arriving near closing time, they were unable to assist and required you to carry a heavy package in an area where it was challenging, parking is difficult to find due to construction. Find another UPS store.

  En varias ocasiones me ha atendido el señor Andrés y me he llevado muy mala experiencia con el , no tiene buena actitud y no tiene educación ninguna al parecer no le enseñaron modales en su casa ,

  I went to this store just to find out they were closing the store and refused to take care of me when they were suppose to close at 5 on Saturday and I got there 14 minutes before and they had already turn off the lights and were cleaning the store. They should do that after the store hours no during store hours.

  This store had absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The manager Luigi provided service above and beyond anything I would have ever expected. He was a real jewel and knew exactly how to handle my complex needs. You definitely cannot find another shipping store in the Miami area that could provide the quality of service I received here.
