- VSVeronica SerranoApr 25, 20261.0I wish I could give this person less than one star or that I would have their name but today April 25, 2026 at 9:30a I took 3 bags for Amazon returns that didn’t require a label or bag. I had the items in the bags and the QR codes queued up on my phone (every bag was labeled with a number corresponding to the QR label which had the same number assigned) the person at the counter started to yell that I had no labels on the bags that everything was disorganized. Took the bags and dumped them on the counter and told me to leave. He started to tell customers in line behind me not to come to the counter unless they were ready. This was abusive behavior— putting customer service aside— this is just the lowest form of treating someone. I was so flustered by his behavior that I failed to get his name, that is on me. Here is an example of one of three labels.
