  Eventhough I didn’t find what I needed they deserve 10star in Customer Service. But I suggest that if they don’t have the merchandise to take it out of the shelves.

  The genius who said “let’s become an Amazon drop off spot to increase foot traffic” failed to understand that you are not staffed for this. Your checkout person is also running the returns so what would be a 60 second process at Whole Foods takes 20 minutes on a quiet day.

  Your manager on duty is condescending and rude to customers I had to hang up on her after being on the call over 3 mins to simply not answer WHAT IS THE COST OF BLACK AND WHITE SELF SERVICE COPIES! Worst encounter in my life at staples. It’s 25 cents!! It generates its own cost was her first answer. If we do it etc I did not ask that! Then telling me I’m Cutting you off. Because you talk complete non sense. Don’t waste customers time. Sorry for the staff that have to deal with you all day. Ugh!

  Unprocessed Amazon Return Issue I dropped off an Amazon return at this Staples location (2121 Biscayne Blvd) on Wednesday, April 15th, between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM. The associate scanned my QR code, but I was not provided with a physical receipt. It has been 5 days and the return status still hasn't updated on Amazon. It seems the item was never officially processed or shipped out. Since I am now out of the country (Turkey), I cannot visit the store to resolve this. Could the store management please check the records or the manifest for that date and time? I need this to be scanned into the system immediately to get my refund

  Went in rushing cause my sisters bridal shower is tomorrow Saturday. The printer department has an angel in human form running it, her name is Valencia. She saw me super distressed and immediately helped me. She got the pictures I needed laminated and printed. No complaints and with a smile on her face. Staples please get this girl an assistant she is A1. Cool, calm, collected. I will come here again knowing if I need a project done - it will be done. Thanks to Valencia I’m stress free and got my pictures! Praise this girl! Thanks V!
