  Claudia from FedEx went absolutely above and beyond for us. We were dealing with a stressful shipping situation and weren’t sure if our package was going to arrive on time. From the moment Claudia stepped in, everything changed. She took the time to really listen to our concerns. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared. She didn’t just give us a quick answer and move on, she followed up, double-checked the information, and made sure we felt confident and reassured before we left. At one point, she even stayed a little longer to make sure everything was properly processed and on its way. Thank you, Claudia
