  Very disappointing experience with FedEx. They lost my package, which was a gift for my daughter. I went to the store to confirm my claim, but the manager was rude and unhelpful. He told me to call the 800 number and even raised his voice when I didn’t follow his instructions. I went home and eventually resolved the issue online, but after many years as a customer, I will not return. No one should be treated this way.

  The team here is excellent. I’ve gone in twice this week to obtain different printing services and I’ve been greeted with full smiles and incredible customer service. I can’t recommend this store and team enough. If I had the chance I’d give them 10 starts 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Nothing beats same day service in west Kendall, guaranteed - from someone who grew up here. 🙏🏼

  I came in at 8PM needing to print some blueprints for my company and Ramiro the assistant manager let me know on the phone that he would wait for me to come in to print it and get it done. He was amazing and I am greatly appreciative of the service he provided. He should be promoted from Assistant manager to manager for the way he treated me and another client after hours. Thank you!
