  Customer from January thru June 2017 Working with WSM initially was very impressive. Their promise to learn our products to better leverage our ad spending sounded great. I loved the idea of someone other than myself working on my ads. Almost immediately after signing up the peak of communication was reached and everything started to slowly go downhill. All of a sudden after only a few months as a customer emails were taking a week or more to get back to me. I was also very displeased with the lack of growth and improvement in my ad words account. Since WSM creates a new adwords account 'from scratch', they had total access to my previous adwords account for data analysis and comparison. My previous adwords account had been running over 3 years, so loads of great data. Never once did WSM even come close to the average performance of my self managed adwords account. I am no adwords pro, I learned everything from trial an error and through reading online. These guys are supposed to be experts and don't actually seem to know as much as they let on based on the performance I have seen. I watched closely how many changes they were performing both automated and non-automated within my account and there was very very very little done that was not automated. I never saw the personal touch I was promised. Ultimately it was their deceitful actions that led to my canceling the service. I expressed that I was displeased with the conversion rate and set a deadline to improve it before I cancel. WSM responded by changing how conversions were tracking on my site to combine phone calls from adds with customers who placed online orders. This was a clear cut attempt to behind the curtain make the numbers appear better than they actually were. I cut ties immediately upon discovering this. They even tried to tell me that they could not have done that, I have screen shots of the adwords change log and of the change log on my website where they updated tracking codes, so I tend to believe my eyes.

  SEO and online management needed to be done to get my small business more traffic online. White Shark Media has done a good job in instrumenting what is needed to get the desired clicks, as well as increasing search rankings. Still use today and will continue.

  Exceptional service, fantastic communication. An absolute winner when it comes to managing your Google PPC account. I made the mistake of going with another agency before and wasted a ton with no pay-off, and they had a 6-month contract! White Shark is so confident that there is no minimum requirement and it definitely shows in the results I'm getting already only 3 weeks in.

  WSM is very hands on and dedicated to making sure you see performance from your Adwords campaign. My account manager Robert is always easily accessible and willing to help. I strongly recommend hiring their firm.
