    I had a wonderful experience thanks to Gaelle at USPS. From the very beginning, she was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She assisted me with everything I needed to send my package—offering tape, a pen, and guiding me through each step of the process.     God forbid one has a small business and keeps USPS in business. They got mad that I had a lot of packages... When I was just doing self service btw. Better off going through other mail carriers where they give you free labels and treat you better. Whoever the cranky old man and lady are that worked on December 15 2025, closing shift. The old man was complaining how he was missing out on a football game. Yelled at me "how are you going to drop off all these packages at this time". Literally nothing for him to do, I didn't even ask him to scan my packages.

    Soo many jobs are lost. No people answering any calls for all USPS!! 😭😢 Cannot communicate with robot at the 800 number to direct you for digital fingerprinting and who knows what else. Pity the government does not want to pay small salaries and just create homeless people while there is NO SERVICE to their customers. If you want to ask a question you have to physically go to a post office and line up to just ask. They DO NOT CARE. Only they want to save pity money while all their services are super expensive. Terrible. They get sooo low service ratings but they do not blink an eye. Too bad. I Went for the fingerprinting service but machine is BROKEN. LOST 1 and half hours for nothing😢
