Anthony should not be working with the public. He’s leaning on the counter watching tik tok videos on his phone while customers wait in line. Another associate had to call his name to get his attention to call on the next waiting customer. Doesn’t greet you at all and just taps on the screen for you when the pin pad asks about the experience and puts the happy face without giving the customer the option. Rude and management should get on him or fire him. I will record my next interaction to forward it to upper management.

I wouldn’t say I was mistreated, I simply wasn’t treated at all. My greeting went unanswered, and when I asked for help, I was met with visible irritation for interrupting what was obviously a personal conversation among staff. Definitely do not go to this location. Go to the one in Coral Gables instead, in contrast, you’re welcomed with a smile, greeted warmly, and genuinely helped with anything you need. You leave feeling happy, as you should.

Came to this location in the evening due to need to send a package. I utilize a self service feature and proceeded to take my package to the counter. I was welcome with a smile by Kareem, he went above and beyond seal my package and confirm the destination. Thank you so much!

Horrible horrible horrible service. They literally didn’t know where my package was and were telling me a bunch of different things. Nobody knew what they were talking about. Seriously the worst experience ever. The only person who was actually trying to help me was a sweet man named Jose.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life as I was tonight. I drove all the way to this post office late at night because I had two overnight packages that absolutely needed to go out today. When I handed the employee my first package, she looked at the label and weight, and in a very rude tone said, “Nice try — I’m not taking this package.” I had accidentally entered the wrong weight when I prepaid the label, but instead of explaining what was wrong, she treated me like I was trying to do something dishonest. She set my box aside without a word, leaving me completely confused about what I’d done wrong. As I started to take out my other packages, she suddenly said, “I don’t need to take you disrespecting me.” I was shocked — I hadn’t said or done anything disrespectful. I simply asked, “Where should I put my packages if not on the counter?” She glared at me and threatened, “Keep going — I’m going to stop helping you. I’ll send you to the machine.” I told her, “Excuse me, I’ve done nothing to you,” but she just said, “Go to the machine. I’m done with you disrespecting me,” and refused to help further. Then she called the next person to the counter. I reminded her that she had already scanned my express packages and needed to take them to the back, but she ignored me. I asked to speak to a manager, but no one responded. Another employee walked by, and when I asked her for help, the first clerk actually told her not to help me. I eventually had to take my packages to the self-service machine. I have never been so disrespected or humiliated for absolutely no reason. This experience was unacceptable, especially when I was simply trying to send time-sensitive express packages.
