  I just went there today and I can absolutely tell why the rating is one star, the employees instead of doing their job, they ignore the customer while having a whole line waiting to be assisted until they’re done gossiping and using their phones, to then proceed and mistreat you and laugh at you when you don’t know something, it’s their job to inform the customer and provide help not treat you like you’re dumb and ignore you. Never going back to that place. Acabé de ir a este lugar hoy y entendí porque solo tiene una estrella, los trabajadores en vez de hacer su trabajo ignoran al cliente mientras conversan entre ellos y se ríen, incluso usan el celular teniendo una larga fila esperando que los atiendan, se burlan cuando no sabes algo en vez de ayudar siendo esto su trabajo y por lo que están ahí, pésimo servicio al cliente. No pienso ir más allí y no le recomiendo a nadie ir si quieren evitarse pasar por lo mismo.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable experience at Allapattah Post Office I went to the Allapattah Post Office to pick up a letter with critical medical test results, and the experience was horrifying. The employee assisting customers was yelling, aggressive, and rude, acting as if helping anyone was a personal favor rather than her job. She treated every customer in line the same way, creating a hostile and humiliating environment. People were stressed and uncomfortable, and the employee showed no professionalism, empathy, or basic courtesy. To make matters worse, the letter with my medical results is lost, and the employee showed no urgency or concern to resolve it. This is not just poor service—this is outright mistreatment and negligence. Management at the Allapattah Post Office needs to take immediate action, including disciplinary measures if necessary, because no customer should be treated like this. “I was told that I would be contacted as soon as my correspondence containing my medical test results was found. That never happened. I sincerely hope no one else ever has to go through a similar situatio
